About the role

  • Architect and execute the transition from a sales-led motion to a product-led growth engine
  • Ship experiments quickly and use data to inform decisions
  • Work with local teams to transition into a Product-Led Sales model
  • Focus on metrics (Growth, ARR, Retention) and make bold decisions to drive growth
  • Define vision, strategy, and key results for the team and influence business leaders

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management (B2B2C or B2B)
  • Experience building PLG flywheels and working inside an organization to transform it from Sales-Led to Product-Led
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with new product launches (startup experience or driving new initiatives within a larger organization)
  • Analytical skills to synthesize product usage data, define evaluation pipelines, and derive actionable insights to improve retention and conversion
  • Experience scaling execution across distributed teams
