About the role
- Lead the sales expansion team for the NOA (AI) product, ensuring targets are met and maintaining regular monitoring cadences;
- Build and scale processes to ensure predictability and efficiency in expansion;
- Track performance indicators, implement strategies, and optimize results with a focus on targets (MRR, volume metrics, etc.);
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and development plans;
- Recruit and develop new team members;
- Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure short- and long-term targets are achieved;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading sales teams in SaaS or similar companies (SMB focus is a plus);
- Advanced English (will interact with the global team);
- Proven track record in sales, consistently achieving targets;
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, GPCT and BANT;
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar);
- Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions;
- Ability to inspire, motivate and coach the team;
- Ownership mindset: accountable for results, not just processes;
- Hands-on attitude: willing to work alongside the team and jump into operations when needed.
