About the role

  • Lead the sales expansion team for the NOA (AI) product, ensuring targets are met and maintaining regular monitoring cadences;
  • Build and scale processes to ensure predictability and efficiency in expansion;
  • Track performance indicators, implement strategies, and optimize results with a focus on targets (MRR, volume metrics, etc.);
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and development plans;
  • Recruit and develop new team members;
  • Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure short- and long-term targets are achieved;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading sales teams in SaaS or similar companies (SMB focus is a plus);
  • Advanced English (will interact with the global team);
  • Proven track record in sales, consistently achieving targets;
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, GPCT and BANT;
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar);
  • Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions;
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and coach the team;
  • Ownership mindset: accountable for results, not just processes;
  • Hands-on attitude: willing to work alongside the team and jump into operations when needed.
