About the role

  • Architect and execute transition from sales-led to product-led growth engine.
  • Focus on activation, retention, and self-service revenue for product autonomy.
  • Work with local teams in Customer Success and Sales across 13 countries.
  • Define vision, strategy, and key results to enhance value for doctors.
  • Influence business leaders with data to align the company around product strategy.
  • Kill bad experiments fast and double down on successful ones for rapid prototyping.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management (B2B2C or B2B).
  • Experience building PLG flywheels and/or transforming sales-led to product-led.
  • Strong track record of launching and growing successful products.
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and experience launching a product from scratch or driving initiatives within a larger organization.
  • Analytical skills to synthesize product usage data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience scaling execution across distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with systems to know when to move quickly and when to invest in infrastructure.
  • Software engineering background is a bonus.
  • Experience in healthcare and AI SaaS products is a plus.
