About the role
- Lead the expansion team for the NOA product (AI), ensuring targets are met and maintaining regular follow-up rituals;
- Build and scale processes to ensure predictability and efficiency in expansion;
- Monitor performance indicators, implement strategies, and optimize results with a focus on targets (MRR, volume metrics, etc.);
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and development plans;
- Recruit and develop new team members;
- Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure short- and long-term goals are achieved;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading sales teams at SaaS or similar companies (SMB focus is a plus);
- Advanced English (will interact with the global team);
- Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets;
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, GPCT and BANT;
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar);
- Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Ability to inspire, motivate and coach the team;
- Ownership mindset: accountable for results, not just processes;
- Hands-on approach: someone who contributes and steps into operations whenever necessary.
