About the role

  • Lead the expansion team for the NOA (AI) product, ensuring target achievement and adherence to regular follow-up cadences;
  • Build and scale processes to ensure predictability and efficiency in expansion;
  • Track performance metrics, implement strategies, and optimize results with a focus on targets (MRR, volume metrics, etc.);
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and development plans;
  • Recruit and develop new team members;
  • Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure short- and long-term goals are met;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading sales teams at SaaS or similar companies (SMB focus is a plus);
  • Advanced English (will interact with the global team);
  • Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets;
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, GPCT and BANT;
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar);
  • Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and coach the team;
  • Ownership mentality: accountable for results, not just processes;
  • Hands-on: someone who works alongside the team and jumps into operations when needed.
