About the role

  • Conduct consultative sales of the NOA product to clinics and private practices across Brazil;
  • Deliver hands-on AI demonstrations and present benefits focused on productivity and patient experience;
  • Make outbound calls to leads from our database;
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, demonstrations, follow-ups and closing;
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategy, and collaborate with Customer Success and other teams;
  • Maintain CRM with relevant information, keep the pipeline updated and report performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B consultative sales (preferably in technology or healthcare);
  • Ability to deliver product demonstrations in a clear, didactic and concise way;
  • Strong organization, discipline and pipeline management skills;
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar);
  • Comfortable with technology, knowledge of AI and ability to present technical arguments;
  • Results-oriented profile with focus on growth targets;
  • Ability to handle a high volume of outgoing calls (and enjoy making calls).
