About the role
- Conduct consultative sales of the NOA product to clinics and private practices across Brazil;
- Deliver hands-on AI demonstrations and present benefits focused on productivity and patient experience;
- Make outbound calls to leads from our database;
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, demonstrations, follow-ups and closing;
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategy, and collaborate with Customer Success and other teams;
- Maintain CRM with relevant information, keep the pipeline updated and report performance metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B consultative sales (preferably in technology or healthcare);
- Ability to deliver product demonstrations in a clear, didactic and concise way;
- Strong organization, discipline and pipeline management skills;
- Familiarity with CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar);
- Comfortable with technology, knowledge of AI and ability to present technical arguments;
- Results-oriented profile with focus on growth targets;
- Ability to handle a high volume of outgoing calls (and enjoy making calls).
