About the role

  • Conduct consultative sales of the NOA product to B2C customers within our existing base in Brazil;
  • Work on optimizing filtering and prospecting to capture potential B2C leads;
  • Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, product demonstration, follow-up and closing;
  • Contribute to achieving team KPIs and targets;
  • Map clients' current use of the products to identify opportunities to enhance their results, with a focus on loyalty and retention;
  • Escalate technical issues to the support team to ensure proper product functioning for the customer.

Requirements

  • Experience with short B2C sales cycles (preferred in the technology or healthcare sectors);
  • Experience applying structured sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, NEAT Selling, SNAP Selling, etc.;
  • Experience across all stages of the sales funnel, from prospecting to closing;
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar);
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations in a clear, educational, and concise manner;
  • Organized, disciplined, and strong sales pipeline management;
  • Comfort with technology, knowledge of AI, and ability to present technical arguments;
  • Results-oriented profile with high adaptability and focus on growth targets;
  • Knowledge of customer retention best practices is a plus.
