About the role

  • Lead the expansion team for the NOA product (AI), ensuring targets and follow-up rituals are met;
  • Build and scale processes to ensure predictability and efficiency in expansion;
  • Monitor performance indicators, implement strategies and optimize results with a focus on targets (MRR, volume, etc.);
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members; provide constructive feedback and development plans;
  • Recruit and develop new hires;
  • Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure short- and long-term targets are met;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading sales teams in SaaS companies or similar environments (SMB focus is a plus);
  • Advanced English (will have interaction with the global team);
  • Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets;
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, GPCT and BANT;
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar);
  • Analytical capability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and coach the team;
  • Ownership mindset: responsible for results, not just processes;
  • Hands-on: someone who works alongside the team and steps into operations whenever necessary.
