About the role
- Lead the expansion team for the NOA product (AI), ensuring targets and follow-up rituals are met;
- Build and scale processes to ensure predictability and efficiency in expansion;
- Monitor performance indicators, implement strategies and optimize results with a focus on targets (MRR, volume, etc.);
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members; provide constructive feedback and development plans;
- Recruit and develop new hires;
- Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure short- and long-term targets are met;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading sales teams in SaaS companies or similar environments (SMB focus is a plus);
- Advanced English (will have interaction with the global team);
- Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets;
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, GPCT and BANT;
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar);
- Analytical capability to make data-driven decisions;
- Ability to inspire, motivate and coach the team;
- Ownership mindset: responsible for results, not just processes;
- Hands-on: someone who works alongside the team and steps into operations whenever necessary.
