About the role
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of ~10 outbound telesales representatives
- Driving outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads from multiple channels (calls, emails, social platforms, networking, etc.)
- Leveraging Hubspot and other tools to build, filter, and segment prospect databases effectively
- Supporting the team in transforming cold leads into long-term paying customers
- Defining sales targets, tracking KPIs, and monitoring team performance
- Continuously improving sales processes through actionable, data-driven insights
- Recruiting and onboarding new outbound sales talent
- Creating a collaborative, high-performance culture and sharing best practices
Requirements
- Strong background in telesales and outbound prospecting (must-have)
- At least 3 years of sales team leadership experience
- Ability to design and scale lead generation processes from scratch
- Fluency in outbound sales funnels, prospecting strategies, CRM management, and reporting
- Fluent in English
- Confident with data, targeting, and segmentation, while being a true people person
- Motivated to grow and mentor a performance-driven sales team
