About the role

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of ~10 outbound telesales representatives
  • Driving outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads from multiple channels (calls, emails, social platforms, networking, etc.)
  • Leveraging Hubspot and other tools to build, filter, and segment prospect databases effectively
  • Supporting the team in transforming cold leads into long-term paying customers
  • Defining sales targets, tracking KPIs, and monitoring team performance
  • Continuously improving sales processes through actionable, data-driven insights
  • Recruiting and onboarding new outbound sales talent
  • Creating a collaborative, high-performance culture and sharing best practices

Requirements

  • Strong background in telesales and outbound prospecting (must-have)
  • At least 3 years of sales team leadership experience
  • Ability to design and scale lead generation processes from scratch
  • Fluency in outbound sales funnels, prospecting strategies, CRM management, and reporting
  • Fluent in English
  • Confident with data, targeting, and segmentation, while being a true people person
  • Motivated to grow and mentor a performance-driven sales team
