About the role

  • Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, trends, and plans;
  • Review and analyze operational and renewal data;
  • Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making;
  • Participate in regional process improvement initiatives;
  • Demonstrate thought leadership around Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success data processes and operations;
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and partners across the organization (we're a global company).

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales or Marketing Operations
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies
  • Fluent English — used daily
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Experience in tech companies/startups (especially SaaS B2B for SMBs)
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Based in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro
