About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring that the administrative operations related to the employee lifecycle run accurately and orderly.
  • Covers the full employee lifecycle from an administrative perspective, including hires and terminations, contracts, payroll incidents, benefits, and employment-related documentation.
  • Manages onboarding and offboarding through HRIS (HiBob), focusing on administrative workflows, documentation, employee profile management, and task follow-up.
  • Prepares administrative reports for Finance and People Experience Services, emphasizing salary cost data and variable compensation.
  • Handles employee tickets and inquiries efficiently, resolving questions and incidents operationally.
  • Collaborates closely with Accounting on audits, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Junior profile, with 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources administration in Spain.
  • High proficiency in using Google Workspace tools.
  • Fluent Spanish and advanced English.
  • Proactive person, eager to develop in the field of human resources, autonomous, and with great attention to detail.
