About the role

  • Define the vision, strategy, and key results for your team to grow the value we provide to doctors, and in-turn the revenue we generate from them.
  • Experiment to refine your solutions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Work directly with local teams in customer success, sales and marketing to identify the right problems to solve, and build a shared understanding of the opportunity space.
  • Influence business leaders using data and other evidence, to align the company around your product strategy and evangelise the vision to all the teams.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, and analysts to build amazing solutions that doctors and patients love to use.

Requirements

  • Proven product management experience: 5+ years in product management (B2B2C or B2B), demonstrating a strong track record of launching and growing successful products.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: you have launched a new product from scratch (startup experience or driving new initiatives within a larger organization).
  • Prototyping skills: experience quickly validating and prototyping ideas, especially using AI, no-code or unconventional techniques.
  • Technical understanding: relevant technical knowledge that enables you to participate confidently in technical discussions with developers.
  • Data-driven mindset: analytical skills to synthesize product usage data, break down broad ideas and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication and energy: a high level of enthusiasm, a strong sense of ownership, and outstanding communication abilities.
  • Adaptability and autonomy: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and freedom.
