About the role

Helping build robust backend solutions with .NET/C#
Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications using Vue.js and TypeScript
Having a product mindset to understand and meet user needs
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and business stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Participate in agile development practices, promoting DevOps culture and CI/CD
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and intelligent communication systems
Help maintain compliance with global communication regulations through secure and reliable system design
Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold high quality across the codebase
Support team knowledge sharing activities and contribute to continuous improvement
Stay curious and embrace emerging tools and technologies, including AI/ML, to improve workflows and solutions.

Over 5+ years of progressive experience in full stack web application development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex, scalable systems
Advanced proficiency in backend development using .NET/C#, including hands-on experience with asynchronous programming and distributed systems
Practical knowledge of message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ) for efficient inter-service communication
Solid experience building sophisticated user interfaces with TypeScript and modern frameworks such as Vue.js, capable of owning frontend development tasks independently
Deep understanding of database design, optimization, and implementation across both SQL and NoSQL technologies
Deep understanding of containerization/orchestration technologies at scale (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong grasp of software development best practices, including writing clean and maintainable code, applying principles such as SOLID and DRY, ensuring comprehensive test coverage, and conducting effective code reviews to deliver high-quality software
Proficiency in English (spoken and written, minimum B2 level).
