About the role

  • Active prospecting of B2C customers (Outbound SDR) via phone, WhatsApp and email — not just purposeless cold outreach: you deliver real value from the first contact
  • Qualifying leads and conducting needs diagnostics based on healthcare professionals' pain points
  • Scheduling and running online sales meetings
  • Consultative presentation and sale of our products (marketplace and SaaS)
  • Applying the SPIN Selling methodology to match solutions to clients' real needs
  • Complete CRM (HubSpot) record-keeping and disciplined pipeline management
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure an end-to-end customer experience

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Communications or related fields
  • Experience in B2C inside sales (Inside Sales)
  • Experience in outbound prospecting or as an SDR
  • Proficient in outreach, objection handling and closing techniques — experience with SPIN Selling
  • Resilient, organized, communicative and results-driven
  • Comfortable working in agile environments, with technology, and motivated to be part of an organization that transforms lives
