About the role

  • Perform historical analyses of process databases focusing on identifying classification patterns and procedural behavior.
  • Prepare analytical diagnostics and propose adjustments to workflows and business rules in a structured, data-driven manner.
  • Develop and continuously improve supporting reports and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and high technical quality.
  • Work closely with operational teams to translate analyses into practical execution guidelines.
  • Participate in client meetings to present analyses, explain adopted criteria, and advocate proposed improvements.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning to interpret large volumes of information.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams, operational areas, and clients.
  • Ability to structure analyses and document conclusions objectively.
  • Organized and disciplined, able to manage multiple analyses simultaneously.
