About the role
- Act as the client's main point of contact, ensuring clear and effective communication and building a trusting relationship.
- Manage post-implementation operational flow, ensuring smooth processes and delivery quality.
- Lead squads with the teams operating the flow, aligning priorities and removing impediments.
- Continuously monitor the execution of requests, ensuring deadlines and agreed SLAs are met.
- Prepare and lead follow-up meetings and results presentations (internal and external).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the area or in similar roles.
- Intermediate Excel (data analysis and reporting).
