About the role

  • Support in managing and coordinating projects in the area of process and software management
  • Contribute to the implementation and further development of project management methods, tools and standards
  • Support IT and software projects, including tracking schedules, budgets and milestones
  • Analyze and prepare metrics to support performance and process management
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes and ensure efficient project workflows
  • Prepare reports, presentations and decision papers for management

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of project management and an interest in further developing methods and processes
  • Initial experience supporting software and IT projects, along with a basic technical understanding
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working, combined with a strong commitment to quality
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation and the willingness to take responsibility in projects
  • Confident use of common Office and project management tools
  • Advantageous: industry knowledge in the financial sector, loan processing, receivables management, or in handling fee and billing processes
