Verify, code and record purchase invoices.
Prepare and submit payment proposals to authorized signatories within required deadlines.
Reconcile supplier accounts (including direct debits/automatic withdrawals).
Ensure the accuracy of open balances in the supplier ledgers.
Manage disputes and maintain smooth relationships with suppliers.
Post daily bank transactions (receipts, transfers, disbursements/payments).
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure the reliability of accounting entries.
Record stock entries provided by the financial controller.
Contribute to closing entries (payroll, accrued expenses, invoices not yet received, prepaid charges, etc.) as needed.
Support and monitor the monthly close process alongside the finance team.
Ensure harmonization of accounting procedures across countries.
Help optimize accounts payable and inventory management processes.
Contribute to documentation and strengthening of internal controls.
Participate in ERP migration or optimization projects (D365 or equivalent).

Requirements

Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' accounting experience, ideally in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
Proficient with office tools, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
Fluent French and a good command of English required.
Knowledge of Italian and/or German is a major asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and team spirit.
Organized, methodical, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Curious, adaptable and able to operate in an uncertain environment, particularly in a multi-country accounting context.
