Key responsibilities & impact

drive innovation projects delivered by IT Engineers
deliver the last mile of user experience via the IT Service Desk team
recruit, mentor, and retain a team that understands business needs
build strong partnerships with department leaders to deliver technology solutions
lead enterprise technology engineering team for innovation in infrastructure
seek to optimize application and infrastructure support
engage with business teams to assist in more effective technology use
lead technical programs within IT including governance and AI adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

prior experience with stakeholder relationship management, customer experience, or a related discipline is desired
deep understanding of enterprise technology including running traditional server & workstation environments
use of cloud services from AWS and Azure, and SaaS applications
cloud experience should include public/private networking, SD-WAN, device trust, serverless, and database technologies
prior business analyst / process development experience
familiarity with Mac hardware is essential
able to work independently and collaboratively across multiple work streams
ability to earn respect based on execution, technical depth, hands-on style, and strategic decision making ability
