  • Job Purpose:
  • We are seeking a Systems Implementation Analyst to support the deployment and migration of a new SaaS-based reservation system. This role is focused on transitioning from a legacy platform to a modern solution within the travel industry, with an emphasis on passenger rail systems. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring a seamless migration, from planning and requirements gathering through testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of a cloud-based reservation solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage the full migration process from legacy reservation systems to the new SaaS platform.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and schedules.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and resolve issues during implementation and migration.
  • Design, execute, and oversee test plans to validate system performance and maintain data accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain thorough documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Education & Experience
  • Proven experience implementing SaaS-based solutions.
  • Strong background in travel industry reservation platforms.
  • Demonstrated success migrating legacy reservation systems to new technology solutions.
  • Preferred experience with passenger rail systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues during migration and deployment.
