- Job Purpose:
- We are seeking a Systems Implementation Analyst to support the deployment and migration of a new SaaS-based reservation system. This role is focused on transitioning from a legacy platform to a modern solution within the travel industry, with an emphasis on passenger rail systems. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring a seamless migration, from planning and requirements gathering through testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a cloud-based reservation solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Manage the full migration process from legacy reservation systems to the new SaaS platform.
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and schedules.
- Provide hands-on technical support and resolve issues during implementation and migration.
- Design, execute, and oversee test plans to validate system performance and maintain data accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain thorough documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Education & Experience
- Proven experience implementing SaaS-based solutions.
- Strong background in travel industry reservation platforms.
- Demonstrated success migrating legacy reservation systems to new technology solutions.
- Preferred experience with passenger rail systems.
- Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues during migration and deployment.
