About the role

  • Support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Core HR global integration efforts.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document recruiting-related requirements.
  • Enhance existing configurations and implement new Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) functionality for global entities.
  • Configure ORC components including job requisitions, candidate management, hiring flows, and recruiting processes.
  • Support Core HR configurations tied to Pending Worker, Onboarding, Hiring, and Security requirements.
  • Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications and configuration tasks.
  • Define and configure recruiting templates, approval hierarchies, and recruitment security roles.
  • Configure Redwood UX and build Recruiting Analytics/OTBI reports to improve user experience and reporting insights.
  • Evaluate and enable Recruiting Booster features to support evolving business needs.
  • Participate in SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare support phases.
  • Support Extracts, Integrations (OIC), and data loads using HDL/HSDL.
  • Prepare functional documentation, test cases, process flows, and training materials.
  • Provide ongoing production support, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Core HR.
  • Experience with Journeys, MSS/ESS, Redwood UX, and Visual Builder-based configurations.
  • Experience with multi-country/global ORC implementations.
  • Working knowledge of Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, and data migration methods.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Project management experience with the ability to drive deliverables through completion.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines effectively.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Certifications in Recruiting and Core HR.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and advise team members.
  • Exposure to AI Agents and emerging AI-driven HR capabilities.
