About the role

  • Create IT standards and policies;
  • Design, document, and implement IT controls and processes using frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing IT processes;
  • Support and follow up on internal and external IT audits using ITGC (IT General Controls).

Requirements

  • Experience with ITSM;
  • Experience documenting IT controls and IT process activities using established frameworks;
  • Knowledge of ITIL;
  • Knowledge of the IT governance framework (COBIT);
  • Knowledge of Risk Management;
  • Familiarity with BPMN and 5W2H.
