About the role

  • Work with observability tools: Zabbix, Grafana and Datadog, among others.
  • Perform analysis and troubleshooting in Kubernetes, networking and operating systems (Windows and Linux).
  • Develop and implement scripts and automation and monitoring solutions using technologies such as Shellscript, JavaScript and SQL Server, among others.
  • Work in Cloud Computing environments (Azure, AWS) and with related tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus).
  • Responsible for managing alerts via an escalation list and coordinating responsible parties in incident war rooms to resolve critical issues.
  • Complete incident post-mortems, document them and present the findings.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience in the described area;
  • Technical knowledge: Zabbix, Grafana, Datadog, Cloud Computing, Kubernetes, Shellscript, JavaScript, SQL Server, computer networking and operating systems;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields;
  • Basic to intermediate technical English;
  • Certifications in Zabbix, Datadog or similar monitoring solutions will be a plus.
