About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the annual budgeting process with business unit leads and identify and report key performance indicators
Prepare monthly financial reports summarizing forecasts and financial position relative to income, expenses, and earnings
Develop presentations with KPIs, charts, and trend analysis for senior management
Advise business and senior leaders on risks and opportunities using scenario analysis and sensitivity testing
Develop financial models, scenario models, summary analyses, and presentation packages
Own P&L and cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making, forecasting, and target setting
Provide sales support through pricing, margin analysis, and trend analysis
Oversee capital plans and fixed assets
Prepare trend and supply chain analyses
Design and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and processes
Participate in finance transformation projects, including ERP implementations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
MBA or MBA in process strongly desired
8+ years of experience in FP&A or a corporate finance role
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work with large data sets using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Ability to merge and consolidate data
Self-starter with critical-thinking ability and high attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple requests
Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Legal authorization to work in the United States is addressed in the application form
