About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work independently and collaboratively to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and agency teams alike
- Help shape and implement marketing and brand strategies while serving as a trusted partner across projects, campaigns, and ongoing client relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through responsiveness, communication, and follow through
- Support tier 1 and tier 2 client accounts in partnership with brand leadership team members
- Lead conversations with clients about projects, timelines, questions, and agency processes
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand agency partnership opportunities
- Gather client input and manage projects from assignment through execution using agency tools and processes
- Develop project and creative briefs that clearly align teams around goals and deliverables
- Organize and manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously
- Prepare billing and support intake and tracking of projects within agency systems
- Manage client budgets and support communications related to project spend stewardship
- Input project details, client feedback, and direction into project management platforms including Jira
- Recognize when project standards, timelines, or expectations may not be met and communicate proactively
- Build knowledge of client businesses, audiences, goals, and marketing strategies to support stronger work
- Write clear, compelling creative and project briefs
- Stay informed on industry trends and client news that may inform marketing opportunities or creative direction
- Review and support the development of marketing plans and strategic initiatives
- Build relationships across agency teams and capabilities to support collaboration and execution
- Support staffing plans and scoping requirements for assigned projects and clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, account management, or project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and client relationships simultaneously
- Ability to develop briefs, manage timelines, and coordinate work across teams
- Understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, and project execution
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and project management or collaboration tools
- Sound business judgment and comfort managing budgets, timelines, and project details
- A collaborative mindset with curiosity, accountability, and strong organizational skills
