About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You manage account growth through Meta Ads — from audit through hypothesis and test roadmap to scaling and reporting.
- Structured, not by gut feeling.
- You optimize based on total business metrics (net revenue, CAC, contribution margin, MER) and incremental KPIs, not platform ROAS alone.
- You think beyond the ad: if the growth bottleneck isn’t in the ads (offer, landing page, product, pricing), you tell the client clearly and provide an alternative path.
- You reverse-engineer the customer journey for high-ticket products: micro-conversions as algorithmic signals, post-purchase surveys, time-lag measurement.
- You build your test roadmaps with AI assistance.
- Our stack gives you audits, breakdowns and anomaly signals; you deliver the hypothesis and validate the output instead of taking it at face value.
- You develop growth hypotheses (segment → mechanism → missing set-piece) and evaluate creative performance beyond vanity metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have operational and strategic command of Meta Ads — campaign architecture, optimization objectives, creative testing — and can explain your decisions to a founder in business metrics.
- You think in systems: hypothesis → test → learning → next test.
- You work with AI daily — own prompts and workflows; ideally you’ve used tool integrations or automations — and can specifically explain where AI made you faster and where you deliberately don’t trust it.
- You understand incrementality (new-customer control) and why last-click is misleading on long journeys.
- Or you want to learn and demonstrate exactly that within your first 90 days with us.
- You are willing to push back: you don’t just agree to “scale 5x tomorrow”, you lead the client.
