AI Creative Producer, Video & Static – eCommerce Brands

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- AI-first creative production for Video & Static.
- You produce performance creatives for video and static with a clear focus on Meta — for brands with complex, high-priced products and multi-stage purchase decisions.
- You use AI to massively accelerate research, idea generation, copy variants and creative derivations.
- You translate performance data into structured creative concepts and don’t think in isolated hooks but in modular systems that guide attention, build intent and drive purchases across multiple funnel stages (first-touch to closing).
- From this you develop numerous variants that are systematically tested and iteratively scale the ad account.
- AI-supported video production: You produce performance videos AI-first.
- Using common AI tools for image and video generation, you efficiently develop script approaches, visual concepts, hook variants, text overlays and messaging — and combine existing footage, UGC, stock material and AI-generated assets into scalable video ads.
- AI-supported static production: You develop static ads as a standalone performance channel.
- With the help of AI you create visual concepts, headlines, claims and layout variants and systematically derive further tests from a strong static.
- Data-driven iteration: Metrics such as CTR, thumb-stop rate, hold-rate and CAC are not just reporting figures for you but the basis for clear decisions: which creatives do we scale, which do we iterate, which do we stop.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Very strong AI affinity and hands-on experience with common AI tools for image and video generation.
- AI fluency is expected as a standard, not a bonus.
- Practical experience in editing/post-production (ideally DaVinci Resolve) as well as in creating and optimizing static ads (Adobe, Canva, Photoroom or similar).
- You have a feel for presenting content both aesthetically AND in a way that drives sales.
- Structured, test-oriented working style and analytical-conceptual strength to translate performance data into creative hypotheses.
- Team-player mindset and proactive, seamless communication.
- Experience in performance marketing, ideally with a strong Meta focus.
- E‑commerce experience, preferably with high-ticket and/or subscription/recurring business.
- Strong understanding of creative-performance mechanics and a pronounced sense for hooks and visual storytelling.
