About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform full Personnel and Payroll routines for a portfolio of clients across various industries;
- Process and verify payroll;
- Handle hiring, terminations and severance calculations;
- Calculate and verify vacation pay, 13th salary and labor-related charges;
- Submit and monitor statutory filings and obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, DIRF/substitutive obligations, among others);
- Provide client support and consultative advice on labor and social security matters;
- Monitor and apply collective bargaining agreements;
- Manage leaves of absence, social security benefits and temporary job stability;
- Calculate and verify social charges;
- Produce management reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in Personnel and Payroll and proven experience in an accounting office;
- Strong command of payroll routines and labor legislation;
- Experience with eSocial, DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital;
- Knowledge of labor and termination calculations;
- Experience with the Domínio system;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized, committed and analytically capable.
