About the role

  • Support the preparation of feasibility studies for vertical developments;
  • Conduct analyses of buildable potential and urban planning parameters;
  • Interpret urban planning legislation and construction ratios/indices;
  • Support technical studies for land acquisition and site development;
  • Contribute analyses and solutions focused on the real estate market;
  • Collaborate with the technical and technology teams to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Urbanism, or Civil Engineering (in progress or completed);
  • Prior experience with vertical feasibility studies (required);
  • Proficiency in reading project drawings and familiarity with urban planning legislation;
  • Analytical profile and interest in the real estate market;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting;
  • Must reside in Santa Catarina (SC), Brazil.
