About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across the full stack
Collaborate with cross-functional team members including developers, DevOps engineers, and QA
Participate in an agile development environment with regular standups, sprint planning, and code reviews
Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code) to enhance development speed, code quality, and productivity
Adapt quickly to existing codebases and evolving technical requirements
Communicate effectively with team members across East Coast working hours

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. Citizenship required (no exceptions)
Strong mid-level experience in full stack development
Experience with the following: Angular (front-end), PHP and/or Java (back-end)
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Availability to work East Coast time zone hours
Active or previous U.S. government security clearance (preferred)
Prior experience working on U.S. government or federal contracts (preferred)
Familiarity with, or willingness to actively use, Claude (Anthropic’s AI assistant) or similar AI coding tools as part of the development workflow (preferred)
Experience working in fast-paced, large team environments (20+ team members) (preferred)
