Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end project management cycle, ensuring smooth handoffs between technical and non-technical teams.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across development, QA, design, and marketing.
Coordinate with client stakeholders, clarify requirements, and translate business goals into actionable tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally with web or digital agency teams.
Proven experience managing website migrations, including content strategy.
Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to manage client-facing conversations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and common PM tools like Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp.
Ability to collaborate across time zones, manage distributed teams, and keep communication flowing.
