About the role

Architect and implement scalable test automation solutions using modern technologies, particularly Playwright (primary focus) and Selenium with C#
Oversee and support nine QAs across multiple Scrum teams
Collaborate with four automation engineers to align testing strategies and frameworks
Drive quality assurance best practices through leadership and mentorship
Automate test cases within sprints using modern tools including Claude AI and Playwright
Orchestrate end-to-end testing strategies, including functional, regression, and performance testing
Champion continuous integration practices by integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Foster collaboration between development, product, and QA teams to ensure optimal test coverage
Analyze test results, document issues, and coordinate resolution efforts
Establish and track key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve test automation quality

Experienced QA professional with 6-8+ years of automation expertise, particularly in C# and Selenium environments
Strong expertise in Playwright
Proven track record of building and scaling test automation frameworks
Experience with AI tools for testing (e.g., Claude AI, ChatGPT) is a strong plus
Strong background in CI/CD implementation, utilizing tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, or GitLab CI
Expertise in database testing and SQL
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in guiding QA team members
Advanced problem-solving skills with a focus on complex automation challenges
