  • Proven track record of mentoring engineers, leading initiatives, and influencing product and technical direction.
  • Skilled in frontend testing, accessibility, performance optimization, and long-term maintainability.
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate across teams, balancing technical excellence with product and business needs.
