About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitating the delivery of high-quality software by driving Agile principles, ensuring effective collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across teams
Organizing and facilitating core Scrum events - including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
Removing impediments that block the team’s progress, fostering collaboration between developers, product owners, and stakeholders
Coaching the Scrum Team on Agile values, principles, and practices
Partnering closely with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
Tracking sprint progress using Agile tools such as JIRA, generating reports and insights
Maintaining project documentation in collaboration with other teams
Encouraging continuous improvement, facilitating discussions and retrospectives
Participating in risk management activities, identifying potential delivery challenges
Promoting open communication, trust, and collaboration
Supporting the organization in adopting and scaling Agile practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile teams through successful project deliveries
Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, allowing you to manage backlogs, track progress, and maintain clear and accessible project documentation
Background or working knowledge of .NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL technologies, helping you understand technical discussions and support teams more effectively
Good communication skills in English, enabling clear facilitation of meetings and effective collaboration in an international environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supporting you in identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities
Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment across roles and responsibilities
Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely, ensuring transparency and shared understanding among both technical and non-technical stakeholders
