Address ongoing compliance requirements
Advising on Linux infrastructure security fixes
Designing and influencing architectural decisions within the Linux platform area
Contributing to key technical directions and long-term solutions
Working with vendors and defining roadmap strategies for virtual platforms
Selecting and implementing tools to efficiently manage the Linux environment
Contributing to continuous improvement cycle for Linux platforms
Leading problem records related to Linux platforms and owning them until resolution
Providing lifecycle management strategies for Linux platforms

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Linux technologies
Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH)
RHCE certification
Experience with high-density HPE enterprise hardware
Experience with Linux automation at scale in Infrastructure as Code format
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms
Experience with large-scale Linux deployments
Knowledge of at least one major UNIX or Linux scripting language
Experience with creating Linux binary packages from source
Knowledge of enterprise Linux administration including Red Hat Enterprise Linux CentOS and Debian or Ubuntu LTS
Experience with Linux virtualization technologies including QEMU
Experience with automation of Linux system monitoring
Experience with automated Linux OS and application installation
Exposure to FreeBSD
Exposure to enterprise SIEM and embedded Linux
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Knowledge of Azure AD and SAML-based Single Sign-On solutions
Knowledge of VMware
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
Knowledge of IT security concepts
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts
