About the role

  • Enjoy turning ideas into striking visuals and looking to accelerate your career?
  • We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to work 100% remotely, creating assets that give character and personality to our digital campaigns.
  • You will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams at a fast-growing company, with creative freedom, regular feedback, and space to experiment, learn from mistakes, and grow.
  • Design assets for social media, email marketing, and landing pages
  • Adapt and expand visual identities for different formats
  • Retouch and edit images for digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with the content and performance teams on campaigns
  • Organize files and maintain the brand's visual standards
  • Support the creation of presentations and corporate materials
  • Contribute references, trends, and new design ideas

Requirements

  • Previous experience (internship or first job) as a Graphic Designer or similar
  • Updated online portfolio (Behance, PDF, or personal website)
  • Proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of design for social media and digital environments
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Basic English for reading references and image libraries
  • Availability to work as an independent contractor (PJ), 100% remote
  • Knowledge of Figma or UI tools (nice to have)
  • Basic motion/video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, etc.) (nice to have)
  • Experience with digital brands, startups, or info-products (nice to have)
  • Basic understanding of branding and visual identity (nice to have)
  • Experience working with performance or growth marketing teams (nice to have)
