About the role

  • Act as a technical reference and influence strategic decisions.
  • Modernize critical systems and integrate new technologies.
  • Gather requirements with business areas and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
  • Specify, document, and review solutions (functional and technical).
  • Support the development team in implementation and testing.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Provide technical leadership on projects and support prioritization of requests.
  • Monitor production systems and propose continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Senior Systems Analyst in corporate environments.
  • Experience with requirements analysis, data modeling, and solution design.
  • Knowledge of integrations (APIs, web services, messaging, or similar).
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to liaise with business areas and translate needs into clear specifications.
  • Prior experience in a hybrid work model.
  • Java 8+, Spring Boot 2+, Angular 16+, SQL and NoSQL.
  • Clean Architecture, Clean Code, and Design Patterns considered a plus.
  • Experience with architecture for distributed systems or microservices.
  • Experience in legacy system modernization/integration projects.
  • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging tools.
  • Experience in high-criticality environments (finance, manufacturing, retail, or similar).
