About the role
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients via email, text, and phone
- Recommend top-rated services and explain benefits to clients
- Schedule appointments and handle reservation confirmations
- Provide top-notch customer service and accurate, concise information using company tools
- Make outbound calls to capitalize on incoming leads
- Utilize the company’s proven sales process to close sales
- Handle service changes and add-ons in a timely manner
- Attend and complete virtual training (orientation, training & nesting) with 100% attendance
- Maintain punctuality and proper shift coverage; work nights and weekends as required

- Previous call center / telemarketing experience strongly preferred
- A strong commitment to punctuality in order to maintain proper coverage and effective working relationships
- Minimum of 2 years of sales, customer service experience
- Must pass a criminal background check paid for by us (Direct Interactions)
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Must be a current resident living in the United States
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred, but not required
- Agent must be available to work nights and weekends no exceptions
- Agent must be available to work 20 - 30 hours a week
- 100% attendance is required in all phases of the on-boarding process (orientation, training & nesting are mandatory)
- Technical requirements: Desktop or laptop running Windows 11; US-based ISP with high-speed Internet via hard wired ethernet; USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone; 3.5 mm headsets NOT approved; Tablets, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems NOT compatible
