You are responsible for developing and operating the software in one of our projects with a federal ministry.
You work in interdisciplinary project teams, closely with Product, Design, and other engineers.
You write clean code and apply best practices such as design patterns and (automated) tests with confidence.
You engage proactively with complex domain requirements.
You are an active part of our engineering culture and contribute to the team’s collective growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full-stack experience: You have developed and operated digital products and services end-to-end.
DevOps mindset & infrastructure know-how: You are familiar with the DevSecOps approach and have solid knowledge of infrastructure and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
Agile & interdisciplinary team culture: You prefer working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Affinity for Tech Lead, Expert, or People Lead roles: Depending on where your strengths lie.
Flexibility & motivation: Open and willing to move between projects and contribute where needed.
Communication & language skills: You work confidently in German (at least B2) and English (at least C1).
