About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to platform strategy and implementation: Work closely with Senior Software Engineers and leadership to execute technical roadmaps. Actively participate in team discussions, identify opportunities for system improvements, and help eliminate existing technical debt.
  • Build and maintain the platform infrastructure: Develop and maintain internal tools and platform services that streamline developers’ workflows. Manage and update our Infrastructure-as-Code setups (Terraform, ArgoCD, Kustomize, Helm) and ensure the day-to-day reliability, monitoring, and scalability of our Kubernetes clusters.
  • Support, documentation and enablement: Create and maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation and runbooks. Provide hands-on support to our product development teams, help them onboard to platform tools, troubleshoot deployment pipelines, and enable successful use of self-service capabilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Platform experience: You bring solid hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE. You have strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, container orchestration (Kubernetes), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm, Kustomize), CI/CD systems, and observability stacks.
  • Programming and systems knowledge: You are confident working with at least one relevant programming language (e.g., Go, Python, Java). Additionally, you have a good understanding of Linux system administration and networking principles.
  • Product mindset: You view internal platforms from a customer-focused perspective, aiming to understand developers’ needs and deliver valuable, user-friendly solutions. You can communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Motivation for the public sector: You are enthusiastic about the idea of digitizing public administration and want to apply your expertise to the requirements of the public sector.
