About the role

  • Assist Project Managers in managing and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Support Project Managers in handling client requests (follow-up, coordination, reporting).
  • Participate in briefs with creative studios and ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
  • Check the compliance and quality of visual and video materials before distribution or delivery.
  • Use internal tools to track project progress and organization.
  • Occasionally collaborate with the Production Director on specific assignments.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a program in audiovisual, production, communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Rigorous, organized, and attentive to detail.
  • Enjoys working in a team and has strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Previous experience in project management or agency work is a plus.
