About the role

  • Promote our client’s fiber-optic internet services to customers in the Raleigh, NC market.
  • Develop relationships with property staff and residents at local apartment communities.
  • Identify the communication needs of customers and raise awareness about our client’s services.
  • Visit communities to market the services and share current promotional offers.
  • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and on-site resident "Meet and Greet" events.
  • Using a consultative sales approach generate, on average, 3 sales per day.
  • Flyer prospects who do not currently have our client’s service.
  • Daily travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in technology sales or a related field.
  • Outgoing and upbeat and enjoy explaining new technology to people.
  • Able to thrive in a role where each day is what you make of it.
  • Up for the challenge of hunting for customers and hungry for success.
  • A self-starter with plenty of drive and a desire to learn.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with a valid Driver's License and car insurance and are willing to travel within your assigned territory daily.
  • Exceptional at communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
