About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

From developer to co-creator: as AI takes over repetitive coding tasks, your strategic influence in product development will grow.
You will learn to analyze business models and user needs, formulate hypotheses, and translate your findings into roadmaps and product-focused backlogs.
Architecture & responsibility in the AI era: you will develop software that not only works but is well-structured and sustainable long-term—based on proven architectural principles and modern patterns.
You will identify risks when using AI, monitor AI decisions, and keep an eye on costs, API limits and system performance.
AI-assisted development & deployment: you will use modern AI tools to build stable prototypes or full MVPs, automate testing and deploy safely.
You will keep track of AI decisions—from quality and requirements compliance to observability in live operation.
Orchestrate AI as a team member: you will apply AI strategically within the team, develop agents for different tasks and orchestrate their collaboration. You will automate workflows and integrate company data using established frameworks like LangChain or MCP—to deliver real AI features with measurable value.

You have solid knowledge of modern software development.
You are curious, ambitious and actively look for ways to develop professionally.
You enjoy agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and like working in a team.
You can empathize with users and stakeholders and understand how to approach technical solutions from a product perspective.
You are willing to dive into complex, fast-growing topics such as AI development and agentic workflows.
You don’t stand still: changes in the tech stack and new tools motivate you rather than unsettle you.
You enjoy thinking beyond the immediate task and taking on both technical and product-strategic responsibility.

We will train you remotely/online to become an AI Software Engineer within 3 months.
We support you in finding a company during the training that can offer you a job during or after the bootcamp.
The training can be completed alongside your job.
You will receive a mentor who guides you through the program and you will simulate working in product teams.
After three months you can join product teams as an AI Software Engineer with certification.
You will receive a certificate, all course materials and access to a broad network.
We recommend German language level B2 for the course.
