About the role

  • From developer to co-creator: as AI handles repetitive coding tasks, your strategic influence in product development grows.
  • You will learn to analyze business models and user needs, formulate hypotheses, and turn your insights into roadmaps and product-focused backlogs.
  • Architecture & responsibility in the AI era: you will build software that not only works but is well-structured and sustainable long-term — based on proven architectural principles and modern patterns.
  • You will identify risks associated with AI deployment, monitor AI decisions, and keep an eye on costs, API limits, and system performance.
  • AI-assisted development & deployment: you will use modern AI tools to build stable prototypes or full MVPs, automate testing, and deploy securely.
  • You will keep track of AI decisions — from quality and compliance with your requirements to observability in production.
  • Orchestrate AI as a team member: you will apply AI strategically within the team, develop agents for different tasks, and orchestrate their collaboration.
  • You will automate workflows and integrate company data via established frameworks such as LangChain or MCP — enabling real AI features that add real value.

  • You bring solid knowledge of modern software development.
  • You are curious, ambitious, and actively seek ways to grow professionally.
  • You enjoy agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and like working in a team.
  • You can empathize with users and stakeholders and understand how to approach technical solutions from a product perspective.
  • You are willing to dive into complex, fast-growing topics such as AI development and agentic workflows.
  • You keep moving: changes in the tech stack and new tools motivate you rather than unsettle you.
  • You enjoy thinking beyond the immediate scope and taking on both technical and product-strategic responsibility.
