About the role
- You conduct personal introductory and advisory meetings (video or phone) with prospective candidates.
- You analyze needs and goals and recommend the appropriate bootcamp.
- You guide candidates confidently from the initial conversation through to final enrollment.
- You assist with coordination with funding providers (e.g., the Agentur für Arbeit).
- You maintain your leads and activities in our CRM system.
- You work closely with Marketing and Program Management to provide insights and increase conversion rates.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or one-to-one consulting—ideally in the education, coaching, or IT sectors.
- Strong communication skills: you persuade empathetically, clearly, and reliably—even in video calls.
- Enthusiasm for topics such as software, AI, and digital professions (no developer skills required).
- Structured, self-organized, and solution-oriented working style.
- Very good German (C1); English is a plus.
- Comfortable using digital tools (CRM systems, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack).
