About the role

  • From developer to co-creator: As AI takes over repetitive coding tasks, your strategic influence in product development will grow.
  • You will learn to analyze business models and user needs, formulate hypotheses, and translate your findings into roadmaps and product-focused backlogs.
  • Architecture & responsibility in the AI era: You will build software that not only works but is structured and sustainable over the long term—based on proven architectural principles and modern patterns.
  • You will identify risks when using AI, monitor its decisions, and keep an eye on costs, API limits, and system performance.
  • AI-supported development & deployment: You will use modern AI tools to develop stable prototypes or full MVPs, automate testing, and deploy securely.
  • Throughout, you will monitor AI decisions—from quality and requirement compliance to observability in live operations.
  • Orchestrate AI as a team member: You will deploy AI strategically within the team, build agents for different tasks, and orchestrate their collaboration. You will automate workflows and integrate company data using established frameworks like LangChain or MCP—for real AI features that add real value.

  • You have solid knowledge of modern software development.
  • You are curious, ambitious, and actively seek opportunities to develop professionally.
  • You enjoy agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and like working in a team.
  • You can empathize with users and stakeholders and understand how to approach technical solutions from a product perspective.
  • You are willing to dive into complex, fast-evolving topics like AI development and agentic workflows.
  • You don’t stand still: changes in the tech stack and new tools motivate you rather than unsettle you.
  • You enjoy thinking beyond the obvious and taking on technical as well as product-strategic responsibility.
