About the role

  • A clear product strategy helps you as a Product Manager define the overarching goal of the software product.
  • It determines which problems your product solves, which needs it addresses, and which objectives it achieves.
  • It also provides a common guideline for the entire team and enables everyone involved to work toward the same goal.
  • You will learn the fundamentals of usability, user experience, and user interface design relevant to Product Managers.
  • You will learn how the key meetings — Daily, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective — function and what delivery expectations are placed on you.

Requirements

  • You are passionate about technology and enthusiastic about digital products
  • You are ambitious and enjoy celebrating shared successes with your team

  • You can convince customers and stakeholders of your plans with your vision
  • You like working in a team, show initiative, and are pragmatic
  • You enjoy thinking entrepreneurially
  • You are courageous — you welcome uncertain situations as a challenge.
Benefits
  • We will train you remotely/online to become a Product Manager within 3 months (German-language, minimum B2)
  • We support you in finding a company that can offer you a job entry during or after the bootcamp
  • The training can be completed alongside your job (part-time)
  • You will receive a mentor who guides you through the program and you will simulate working in Product teams
  • After three months you can join digital product teams as a certified Product Manager and will understand the responsibilities of a strategic product owner
  • You will receive a certificate, all course materials, and access to a broad network.
