About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design research & gather inspiration – spot trends, understand user needs, and generate creative impulses for designs
Competitive & market analyses – analyze competitors, identify best practices, and derive innovative solutions
Create look & feel designs – develop aesthetic and functional design concepts that strengthen our brand identity
Prototyping & interactive Figma prototypes – turn ideas into tangible, testable design solutions
Prepare presentations & pitch decks – professionally package concepts and present them visually
Prepare and follow up on client meetings – structure content, record insights, and coordinate follow-ups

Requirements

What you’ll need

Studying a design-related field (e.g., Communication Design, UX/UI Design, Media Design) or a compelling portfolio as a career changer
Basic knowledge of Figma and the motivation to dive deeper into UX/UI design
Willingness to learn & openness to new tools – you don’t want to stay only in Figma and are eager to learn additional design and prototyping programs
Creativity & a good eye for aesthetics – you recognize what makes good design and how to improve it
Structured & independent working style – you bring your own ideas and implement them efficiently
