About the role
- Conduct design research and gather inspiration – spot trends, understand user needs, and generate creative impulses for designs
- Perform competitor and market analysis – analyze competitors, identify best practices, and derive innovative solutions
- Create look-and-feel designs – craft aesthetic and functional design concepts that strengthen our brand identity
- Prototyping & create interactive Figma prototypes – turn ideas into tangible, testable design solutions
- Prepare presentations and pitch decks – professionally package concepts and present them visually
- Prepare and follow up on client meetings – structure content, capture insights, and coordinate follow-ups
Requirements
- Currently studying design (e.g., Communication Design, UX/UI Design, Media Design) or a convincing portfolio as a career changer
- Basic knowledge of Figma and the motivation to dive deeper into UX/UI design
- Willingness to learn & openness to new tools – you don’t want to stay in Figma only, but are eager to learn other design and prototyping programs
- Creativity & a strong sense of aesthetics – you recognize what makes good design and how to improve it
- Structured & independent working style – you contribute your own ideas and implement them efficiently
