About the role

  • Conduct design research and gather inspiration – spot trends, understand user needs, and generate creative impulses for designs
  • Perform competitor and market analysis – analyze competitors, identify best practices, and derive innovative solutions
  • Create look-and-feel designs – craft aesthetic and functional design concepts that strengthen our brand identity
  • Prototyping & create interactive Figma prototypes – turn ideas into tangible, testable design solutions
  • Prepare presentations and pitch decks – professionally package concepts and present them visually
  • Prepare and follow up on client meetings – structure content, capture insights, and coordinate follow-ups

Requirements

  • Currently studying design (e.g., Communication Design, UX/UI Design, Media Design) or a convincing portfolio as a career changer
  • Basic knowledge of Figma and the motivation to dive deeper into UX/UI design
  • Willingness to learn & openness to new tools – you don’t want to stay in Figma only, but are eager to learn other design and prototyping programs
  • Creativity & a strong sense of aesthetics – you recognize what makes good design and how to improve it
  • Structured & independent working style – you contribute your own ideas and implement them efficiently
