About the role
- Conduct design research & gather inspiration – identify trends, understand user needs, and develop creative impulses for designs
- Competitive & market analysis – analyze competitors, identify best practices, and derive innovative solutions
- Create look & feel designs – design aesthetic and functional concepts that strengthen our brand identity
- Prototyping & interactive Figma prototypes – turn ideas into tangible, testable design solutions
- Prepare presentations & pitch decks – professionally prepare concepts and present them visually
- Prepare and follow up on client meetings – structure content, record insights, and coordinate follow-ups
Requirements
- Degree or studies in a design-related field (e.g., Communication Design, UX/UI Design, Media Design) or a compelling portfolio as a career changer
- Basic knowledge of Figma and the motivation to dive deeper into UX/UI design
- Willingness to learn & openness to new tools – you don’t want to stay only in Figma but want to get to know other design and prototyping programs
- Creativity & a good sense of aesthetics – you recognize what makes good design and how to improve it
- Structured & independent working style – you contribute your own ideas and implement them efficiently
